It could be daunting for a person to venture out on his own after many years under employment. What if the business failed? What if I lose money? What if the business fold and I have to look for a job again?
The solution is in starting small. Do not spend a fortune on decorating the office. Do not employ too many staff. All these can be done later when money comes in and the revenue stream is constant.
